The solution combines three key technologies:

  • Trueflaw Box edge computing platform 
  • TPAC phased array ultrasonic compact device, the Explorer
  • AI-assisted flaw detection developed by Trueflaw 

During the inspection, the operator manually scans an encoded phased array probe across the test surface.
 
The system acquires and processes the ultrasonic data in real time.
 
At the same time, it generates a live C-scan, allowing the operator to monitor coverage and review inspection results instantly.
