About you
We’re seeking three dynamic, self-driven Business Development Managers (development of business, commercial approach, negotiation, project management), one based in the USA, one in Europe, and one in Japan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients within the NDT and ultrasound industry.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and applications for our ultrasound NDT solutions.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Develop creative strategies for expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in a niche industry.
- Client Engagement: Understand client needs deeply, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements, link with the technical team (soft project management).
- Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and operational teams to align business development efforts with our capabilities and innovations.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent our company at NDT events, conferences, and meetings, embodying our values and culture in every interaction.
What we're looking for:

- Industry Knowledge: Experience or a strong interest in non-destructive testing, particularly ultrasound technologies, is a plus, but we’re open to teaching the right person.
- Innovative Thinker: You’re a creative problem solver who can think outside the box and develop unique strategies to drive growth.
- Team Player: While you’ll have plenty of independence, you must also be able to collaborate effectively with others in our flat organization.
